Kotabaru, South Kalimantan (ANTARA) - The Kotabaru, South Kalimantan, Legislative Council (DPRD) has presented 16 plans for the formation of the Kotabaru 2026 regional regulation (Propemperda) at a plenary meeting of the 34th session of the 2025/2026 session year.
The Chairman of the Kotabaru DPRD's Regional Regulation Formation Agency (Bapemperda) M Lutfi Ali said that the Kotabaru 2026 Propemperda consists of three mandatory draft regulations, five DPRD-initiated draft regulations, and a draft regulation from the executive.
"The Kotabaru 2026 Propemperda has been reviewed and facilitated by the Legal Bureau of the South Kalimantan Regional Secretariat," said Lutfi Ali in Kotabaru, as reported on Tuesday.
He then detailed the 2026 Propemperda consisted of Draft Regional Regulation (Raperda) concerning 2025 Regional Budget (APBD) Accountability, Raperda concerning 2026 Revised Budget, Raperda on 2027 Budget, and Raperda on Amendments to Kotabaru Regional Regulation No.9 of 2023 concerning Manpower.
Draft Regulation (Raperda) on Tolerance in Community Life, Raperda concerning Youth Friendly District, Raperda on Waste Management, Raperda concerning Regional Disaster Management, Raperda concerning Business Licensing in the Region, and Raperda on Smoke-Free Areas.
Furthermore Raperda on Management of Regional Government-Owned Enterprises, Raperda on Tourism Village, Raperda on Poverty Alleviation, Raperda on Capital Participation of PT Bank Kalsel Kotabaru, Raperda on Second Amendment to Regional Regulation No. 10 of 2023 concerning Regional Taxes and Levies, and Raperda on Advancement of Culture in Kotabaru.
He informed that these draft regional regulations have undergone discussion with the Legal Division of the Kotabaru Administration, and the results of discussions were accordance with the mandate of Article 34 of Law Number 11 of 2012.
