Tanjung, S Kalimantan (ANTARA) - PT Saptaindra Sejati Jobsite Adaro Mining Operation (ADMO) collaborated with Tanjung Vocational Training Center (BLK) in Tabalong, South Kalimantan, to provide skill training for dozens of jobseekers around the company's operation.
Fecky Ronald Umboh, Section Head of External Relation and Security at PT SIS Jobsite ADMO, said that this motorcycle service skills training was part of CSR program and also to support development of local human resources.
"This training is to support Tabalong Regent's leading program (Tabalong Smart) to produce skilled workers," Fecky said in Tabalong, Saturday.

Besides skills training, PT SIS with Adaro Group also carried out a number of programs to support human resources development in Tabalong.
Seventeen job seekers from the area surrounding SIS Admo's operational areas participated in the competency-based training for fuel-injected motorcycle service.
Head of Tanjung BLK Agoes Noor Zain said the training is carried out for 37 days or 296 hours of instruction, from September 3 to October 24, 2025.
"The training subjects consist of 240 hours of technical lesson, 40 hours of industry, and 16 hours general knowledge," he said.
Acting Head of Tabalong Manpower Office Hadi Ismanto welcomed PT SIS's CSR program to develop skils of community in the first ring of PT Adaro Indonesia's operational area.
"One of the Tabalong Smart's priority programs is to produce 15,000 skilled workers," Hadi explained.
This training is expected to encourage participants to become independent and create their own jobs.
"This integrated CSR program is a very appropriate solution to enhance people's skill to face the world of work and industry," he said.
