Pelaihari, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - As a result of collapse of former coal mine dike in Kintap Lama village, Tanah Laut District, South Kalimantan, public facilities, such as the village road and bridge, were severely damaged.
"Not only dozens of homes were damaged and eroded by the collapse of coal mine dike, but some public facilities were also damaged," said Nani, a resident of RT 6 Kintap Lama Village, Monday (19/6).
According to her, the damaged public facilities, such as two wooden bridges, were cut off due to landslides and village connecting roads also cut off, making it difficult for residents to move.
She hopes that the damaged public facilities to be repaired by the Tanah Laut government soon.
Separately, other victim, Noorjanah, added broken bridge and damaged village roads make residents forced to use boats to cross.
