Kandangan, South Kalimantan (ANTARA) - After working hard with their main jobs, the 117th TNI Integrated Village Development (TMMD) task force of the 1003 South Hulu Sungai (HSS) District Military Command (Kodim HSS) still provided time to help villagers in their garden.
They helped villagers in Paniungan Hamlet, Malilingin Village, who were harvesting vegetables.
"We are the 117th TMMD Task Force from TNI and Polri helped residents harvesting their vegetables which will be sold to collectors in Kandangan (HSS capital)," said task force personnel Koptu Syahrudin, Wednesday.
This, he said, is one of the elaborations of Binter (territorial development) by always being in the midst of community, establishing good relation, listening complaints as well as being a solution to overcome them.

On this occasion, the task force provided assistance and encouragement to farmers, so that they always enthusiastic about farming then food self-sufficiency is realized.
"In the TMMD program we are not only concentraing on the main goals, but in between breaks after work, we approach community so that the love of the community is realized to the TNI, and vice versa," he said.
The owner of the garden, Yayuk, thanked the TMMD Task Force personnel, even though they were tired after carrying out their work, they could still take the time to help.
"We were greatly assisted in harvesting bean plants, I hope program like this will always be there," she hoped.
