Kotabaru, South Kalimantan (ANTARA) - The Public Works and Spatial (PUPR) Office of Kotabaru, South Kalimantan, has disseminated SIMBG or a Building Management Information System, which is an integrated web-based electronic system, to assist service process and administration of building.
The District Secretary of Kotabaru Said Akhmad when opening the event at the Grand Surya Hotel here on Thursday said that the dissemination is to equip the participants in improving the service of issuing a permit to build a building (PBG) and certificate of a proper function (SLF) to the public.
“SIMBG through an Online system with an automatic retribution calculation will make it easier to supervise the licensing process, so that SIMBG can contribute to increasing the Kotabaru's locally generated revenue (PAD),“ Said Akhmad said.
He hopes that the dissemination to be understood very well so it can be conveyed to village officials and the community in the sub-districts.
Head of PUPR Office Suprapti Tri Astuti said that SIMBG can be said as an application transformation as an effot to realize orderly implementation and ensure the technical reliability of buildings.
Every building construction must have a building construction permit (IMB) which has now been converted into a building construction approval (PBG) in accordance with Law Number 11 year 2020 concerning Work Creation and Government Regulation No. 16 year 2021.
“In addtion, every building must have a SLF as a statement that the building is fit for function and can be used properly according to plan,“ said Astuti.
Thus, SIMBG was made to provide convenience, acceleration, and service improvement for PGB and SLF.
The dissemination was attended by all heads of SKPD (governement working units), head and staff of sub-districts, the South Kalimantan Center of Infrastucture, the South Kalimantan Center of Settlement, and dissemination participants.
