The perpetrator was fired from the police because of his involvement in the jambret case in 2012 and he was dishonorably discharged in the rank of brigadier.
After serving time in Teluk Dalam Prison, Apry Dony freed, but not aware. Instead, he returned to jambret action in 2014 and on Sunday (21/2) Criminal Detective Unit finally arrested the perpetrator after a long time on the run.
Budi continued to say that Dony was caught in the Sei Lulut thanked to cooperation with members of the West Banjarmasin Police. He was arrested at his home in Sei Lulut.
From the investigation, Apry Dony charged under Article 365 KHUP On Theft with Violence penalty over nine years.
