"People should be more careful when making activities on the waters, or when using river transportation," he said Sunday.
He said, Banjarmasin is known as the "City of a Thousand Rivers" so a culture of safety in the waters should be implanted. Never underestimate the safety in the waters, because of the disaster has more fatal consequences than on the ground.
Always read the rules and traffic signs have been installed on the river as well as always using and preparing safety tool while on the water.

Untung said many calamities that occured on the waters of Banjarmasin as result of negligence and not careful. "Tragedy in the river in the city was often case, such as drowning, means of transportation accidents and others ," said the man whose hobby is futsal.
