Pelaihari, (Antaranews Kalsel) - The Tanah Laut Fisheries and Marine Agency conducts All Fish Menu Contest and Flower Arrangement Competition among PKK throughout the district, Tuesday (12/4).

Head of the agency Ahmad Mustahdi said all fish cooking competition to improve cooking skills among PKK members in Tanah Laut.

"In addition, to introduce the diversity of dishes made from raw fish to the public, disseminate information about the fish, processed food made from raw fish, the nutritional content as well as utilizing the acquired if eating fish," he said.

"This competition runs from lunch menu for the family, the lunch menu for toddlers and snack fish for family," he explained.

Jury competition from various background, such as nutritionists, the PKK, culinary experts and fisheries experts. The competition took place in the Hall Sarantang Saruntung in local regent's office.
