Tanjung, S Kalimantan (ANTARA) - PT Adaro Indonesia handed over three ventilators to the H Badaruddin Kasim District Hospital in Tanjung to increase the facilities to treat COVID-19 patients.
The breathing equipment assistance was handed over by the PT Adaro Indonesia's CSR Section Head Yuri Budi Sujalmi to the Tabalong Administration Assistant 1 for Government and Welfare Zulfan Noor.
With the addition of these three breathing aids, Adaro has provided four ventilators to Tanjung Hospital.
Yuri said the ventilator assistance was to support the effort to accelerate the handling of COVID-19 in Tabalong District.

In 2020, he continued, PT Adaro Indonesia's CSR fund were prioritized for handling COVID-19 pandemic around its operational areas.
"Hopefully, this assistance will benefit the community and the pandemic will end soon," said Yuri.
Meanwhile, Zulfan Noor expressed his gratitude for the assistance of PT Adaro Indonesia which always worked together to help the government in containing the pandemic.
According to Zulfan, the breathing aids from Adaro were very much needed in the handling of corona patients who suffer respiratory problems.
