Bangkalan Residents Pretrial Revoked

Kotabaru, South Kalimantan (Antaranews) - Vice Chairman of the Kotabaru District Court, Bambang Noor Cahyono, stated pretrial filed by Iwan 's attorney and fellows, residents Bangkalan Dayak, Kelumpang Hulu, to the Kotabaru Police revoked.

"There is a requirement that has not been completed by legal counsel or advocacy," said Bambang here on Monday.

Bambang said, he has been offered an opportunity for attorneys to complete the terms in question, so that it can be continued to pretrial. But the advocacy revoke pretrial already registered with No.01 Pre, and the plan will be decided on Thursday (30/1).

Previously, a number of residents from Bangkalan Dayak, Subdistrict Kelumpang Hulu, Kotabaru, through their legal counsel pretrial Kotabaru Police Chief.

Resident legal advisor, Ahmad Harbandi SH, on Monday (20/1) said, on November 13 in Goa Temuluang Estuary, Bangkalan Dayak Village, Kelumpang Hulu, police seized seven people.

On November 14 , they were arrested, for allegedly committing a crime . This is related to the prohibition of cutting trees or harvest or collect forest products in the forest without having any rights or permission of an authorized officer. And any person take, damage, destroy, abolish and save or have egg and or a nest of protected species referred to in Article 50 paragraph 3 letter e Jo Article 78 paragraph (5) Law Decree 41 of 1999 on Forestry, and Article 21 paragraph (2) letter (e) on the Conservation of Natural Resources and Ecosystems and/or Article 363 of the Criminal Code (KUHP).
