South Kalimantan Pilgrims Arrived

Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan (Antaranews) - South Kalimantan pilgrims flight batch (keloter) No. 1 arrived at the Syamsudin Noor airport last night.

Aircraft which carries the combined congregation of Banjarbaru City and Nort Hulu Sungai (HSU) landed at the

airport at around 19:10 pm.

They totaled 322 people greeted by Vice Governor of South Kalimantan Rudy Resnawan, Mayor Banjarbaru Ruzaidin Noor and HSU Regent Abdul Wahids.

Deputy governor who was also accompanied by the Head of South Kalimantan Office Ministry of Religious Affairs Abdul Halim H Ahmad get on the plane which came from Jeddah to welcome them.

"We congratulate all the pilgrims of the first fleet and be grateful for all the pilgrims in healthy condition," said the vice governor through a megaphone in aircraft cabin.

Number two person in the South Kalimantan provincial government's also pray that all Hajj pilgrims got Mabrur

after following a series of pilgrimage in the holy land.

"May all be Mabrur hajj pilgrims and run appropriate behavior according to religious beliefs after the Hajj," said the former two periods mayor of Banjarbaru.

Banjarbaru Mayor Ruzaidin Noor also expressed his same to all worshipers and hoping all pilgrims gets Hajj Mabrur rewards.

HSU Regent Abdul Wahid advised the pilgrims from the district to play a role in building the region, to manifest a prosperous and religious communities. *** 4 ***
