Banjarmasin (Antaranews South Kalimantan) - Discussion on draft regulation on the 2012-2032 South Kalimantan Provincial Spatial Plan (RTRWP) expected to be completed soon.
Chairman of the Special Committee on RTRWP Bill H Puar Junaidi mentioning this when answering Antara in Banjarmasin, on Wednesday, in view of relatively long discussion or it take about half a year for the debate.
One of the causes was Forestry Minister Regulation No. 435 of 2009. "But with the decision of the Constitutional Court (MK) it was not a problem anymore, " said the former chairman of Commission A DPRD on law and government.
Golkar Party senior politician revealed, other issues which slowed RTRWP discussion relating to border between districts /municipalities in the province. Also on the border with neighboring province of Central Kalimantan and East Kalimantan.
"But the problem of the border between the districts /municipalities in South Kalimantan can be solved one by one. What left is the boundary between Tanah Bumbu (Tanbu) and parent district, Kotabaru district," said Chairman of Commission III DPRD on construction and infrastructure.
One of the steps to resolve the border issue between Tanbu and Kotabaru, the committee invited the two governments on May 30, 2013. "If we can solve the border issue soon, then we enact the draft. Due RTRWP planning to be a reference for the next 20 years," said Junaidi Puar.
