He Reached Achievement Despite Lack of Facility

Amuntai, 16/5 (Antaranews, South Kalimantan) - A student of Madrasah Aliyah Bustanul Ulum, in the district of North Hulu Sungai, still capable of winning a bronze medal at the National Sports Week (PON) in Riau Province in 2012, for the sport of rowing, although he has very minimal training facility.

It was submitted by the Principal of Bustanul Ulum Madrasah Aliyah, Sri Wahyu, in Amuntai on Thursday, in order to give encouragement to her students, so as not to depend on adequate facilities in achievement in all areas.

"Winning the bronze was just practicing on the river with a boat sober, not practice with a quite expensive one," said Sri, without mentioning his name.

But he could manage to win in the district, even won third prize on PON Riau for branches paddles, although training in the river, not in a representative place.

This school is pretty much incise achievement, but the location of the school is quite far from the capital although it has limitations in sports facilities and infrastructure and others.

North Hulu Sungai Regent H. Abdul Wahid claimed grateful for the achievements of one of the students of Madrasah Aliyah.

He was also amazed at the performance of the students who brought the eulogy in three languages​​, namely are Arabic, English and Indonesian.

Wahid even shocked to learn that the rower Hulu Sungai Utara, which won third prize in the 2012 PON Riau was derived from this school.
