Banjarmasin (Antaranews, South Kalimantan) - Secretary of Banjarmasin Administration Zulfadli Gazali reminded the officials filed late or late project auction could be penalized.
"Entering the fourth month this 2013, not a lot of physical development program is underway in the city of Banjarmasin, due to regional work units (SKPD) have not yet filed a tender project," said Zulfadli Gazali in Banjarmasin on Wednesday.
He stated he has prompted all-warned that in May 2013 all physical development projects have to be auctioned and done. If there is not an auction project until May so there will be sanctions for agencies concerned, especially against those who are responsible in the institution.
"We're going to give sanctions .. maybe we can lower the (official’s) position," said Zulfadli.
According to Zulfadli, sanctions can be imposed for officials who can not meet his mandate in work, to slow down the development of the city. "But I'm sure all will work optimally so that all urban development program can run smoothly and finish on time," he said.
As known earlier, Chief LPSE Banjarmasin, Emy Sutrisni, say up to a quarter of the two has not been a lot of physical projects that entered the bidding process. Though for the most physical project in March auction process has to be completed to allow for development.
For this year, said Emy again, there are about 140 packages that must be auctioned, but in this first quarterly auction process being only 50 and 27 who had entered the proposed project. Then recently completed auctions only 1 Ipad and computer procurement for 45 Banjarmasin city legislators.
