The board of Tabalong branch of the National Sports Committee (KONI) with the Indonesian Motorbike Association in South Kalimantan held a joint iftar and made a gathering with IMI clubs across Banua Enam (the six districts).
Head of the organizing committee Agus Syaihu said they also shared with orphanages in the hospitality. "The charity we provide are a form of care for orphanages in this blessed month," he said.
Charity for Aflaha Tanjung orphanage children was handed over by Chairman of KONI Tabalong Akhmad Helmi and Chairman of the IMI South Kalimantan Edy Sudarmadi.
"This event has become the annual agenda of KONI in the context of gathering together with all sports administrators," Helmi explained.
Regarding the discourse of the Marido circuit as a place for the selection of Pre-PON athletes, Helmi stated his support because this training event is a motivation for Tabalong residents to love motor racing as well as the entertainment to the public.
In this gathering there was also the Regent of Tabalong Anang Syakhfiani and a number of government agencies heads.
Ustad Fahmi, through his tausiah said that hospitality was one of the characteristics of those who fear Allah.
"Especially in this month of Ramadhan, Allah SWT will double the reward for Muslims who like to stay in touch," explained Fahmi.
