The Directorate also provides special push chairs and toilets for persons with disabilities.
"We want to provide the best service as well as make the community comfortable while in the waiting room," said Head of the Administrative Services Section of the directorate Commissioner Feri Renaldo Sitorus SIk MH, Monday (1/4).
The Intelkam services include the issuance of the Police Clearance Certificate ((SKCK), hunting permits, reaction shots permits, target firing permits, as well as a license to use weapons to borrow weapons.
Director of Security Intelligence Sr Comr Bambang Priyo Andogo reminded the officers not to overwhelm to provide services to the community. Especially now that service registration can be done online with the aim of facilitating the public.
