Regent of Tanah Laut H Sukamta inaugurated an online fund liquidation order (SP2D) with an application system directly to the account (Si Anggrek), Monday (4/3).
"This is one of our steps to accelerate the service process, accelerating the process of good governance while at the same time increasing accountability and transparency," said Regent H Sukamta.
According to him, the application is useful to reduce the risk of returning SP2D files due to account number errors.
"Local governments at any time can monitor the latest regional cash financial conditions because the controls are already online," he added.
According to him, the use of the application simplifies the administration of regional treasury and banks in the SP2D disbursement process.
The inauguration was witnessed by Head of South Kalimantan Development Finance Comptroller (BPKP) Selamet Manulang, Compliance Director of Bank Kalsel IGK Prasetya, Head of Bank Kalsel brach of Pelaihari Hambali and District Secretary of Tanah Laut H Syahrian Nurdin.
