Kandangan, S Kalimantan (Antaranews Kalsel) - South Hulu Sungai (HSS) Regent H Achmad Fikry chaired a monthly coordination meeting at the Sehati Hall of the Finance Agency (Bakeuda), one of which discussed the development of the Islamic Center plan.

According to the regent, the construction of the Islamic Center is still in talks with third parties. The construction will involve three parties, namely ulama, umara and aghniya (entrepreneurs).

"The Islamic Center is not purely built with funds from the government, but also from the aghniya, so there should be no overlap between government funds and aghniya," he said.

He explained, from the beginning of the construction it must be clear which buildings are handled by the government and which ones by aghniya. The quality must not be different between one and another building.

Other discussions involved efforts to improve the welfare of the HSS community, both qualitatively and quantitatively in accordance with the HSS vision and mission for the next five years.

For poverty alleviation, the pattern depends on the condition of the village and the people concerned. This effort will also involve all parties, the government, aghniya, ulama, village heads to the side of the village.

Also present were Deputy Regent Syamsuri Arsyad, acting District Secretary H Hubriansyah, heads of agencies, sub-district heads, and journalists.
