Tanjung, S Kalimantan (Antaranews Kalsel) - The Tanjung Detention House in Tabalong District won the best performance in the implementation of the 2018 budget for the Rp.2.4 billion more DIPA category from the local State Treasury Service Office (KPPN).
The best predicate is based on 12 assessment criteria, including budget absorption, accountability reports, bill settlement and other indicators.
"Every district we choose the best work unit for budget execution," explained Head of KPPN Tanjung Bayu Setiawan Yuniarto.
From Balangan, the best government agency for IDR2.4 billion DIPA is Balangan Police and Amuntai Correctional Institution representing North Hulu Sungai District.
On the same occasion, the Tanjung KPPN also handed over the 2019 DIPA as an initial step in implementing of the government in the cycle of 2019 state budget (APBN).
Bayu delivered a total of DIPA submitted 89 to 12 ministries and institutions in Tabalong, North Hulu Sungai, and Balangan Districts.
"The total expenditure allocation that we channeled reached IDR 1.27 trillion, an increase of 4 percent compared to 2018," Bayu explained.
The details of the vertical working unit IDR 586.3 billion, the transfer of funds for physical DAK (Special Allocation Fund) and village funds was IDR 689.65 billion, an increase of 23 percent compared to 2018 which was only IDR 561.53 billion.
Tabalong Regent Anang Syakhfiani while attending the 2019 DIPA submission said the 2019 program implementation plan must be effective from January 2019.
"Especially project auctions must be on schedule so that they do not delay in the middle of the year," explained Anang.
