Kandangan, S Kalimantan (Antaranews Kalsel) - Deputy Regent of South Hulu Sungai (HSS) Syamsuri Arsyad won the cumlaude title in the yusidium of undergraduate and master program at the administrative sciences college of STIA Bina Banua Banjarmasin.
Vice Regent became the best scholar of the specificity of human resources with outstanding academic achievements of 3,969 GPA after going through education in just two years.
