Banjarbaru, S Kalimantan (Antaranews Kalsel) - Mayor of Banjarbaru Nadjmi Adhani signed a cooperation agreement to develop creative economic potential to improve the welfare of the people in the city.
The signing was carried out by the mayor with the Head of the Creative Economy Agency (Bekraf) Triawan Munaf at the World Conference on Creative Economy (WCCW) in Nusa Dua, Bali, on Wednesday.
"We have signed an agreement with the head of Bekraf, so that every creative economic potential will be developed according to the potential and characteristics of the area in Banjarbaru," said the mayor.
Agreements that are ready to be carried out include research and education on the development of the creative economy, then access to capital, infrastructure, marketing, facilitation of IPR, and regulation.
Also agreed upon are other activities deemed necessary in the development of the creative economy in Banjarbaru, so that the creative economy sector is expected to progress and develop.
"The development of the creative economy should have been done and through this collaboration, we are ready to develop all the potential so that people's welfare will increase," he said.
