Banjarmasin, S Kalimantan (Antaranews Kalsel) - The South Kalimantan branch of the National Broadcasting Commission (KPID) asked three traditional drug in the province to stop advertisements.


The Broadcasting Content (PIS) Coordinator of the KPID Marliyana said the request is also through journalists or the mass media.
     
The reason is that the advertisements are contrary to Government Regulation Number 103/2014 concerning Traditional Health Services, and the Republic of Indonesia's Minister of Health Regulation Number 61.
    
"The broadcast of traditional medicine advertisements also contradicts the Minister of Health Regulation No. 1787/2010 concerning Advertising and Publication of Health Services, as well as Broadcast Program Standards (SPS) Article 58 and Law No. 8/1999 concerning Consumer Protection," she pointed out in Banjarmasin. Tuesday.
     
Yana (Marliyana's nickname), who is also the editor of Kalimantan Post, said that three traditional medicine advertisers indicated violating the regulations, namely the Klinik Herbal Putih, Klinik Terapi Zona, and Klinik Tramedia.

Because the advertisement for traditional medicine seems to be exaggerating, such as claiming to be able to treat and cure various diseases.
     
"Then present a testimonial with recognition as if healed from illness for the treatment offered," said Yana.
