Banjarmasin, S Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - The Banjarmasin State Attorney (Kejari) is conducting an investigation and pursuit of two fugitives.
"We have set the two fugitives in the most wanted list (DPO) of the District Attorney Banjarmasin," said Chief Intel Section of the office Harwanto SH, MH here, Saturday.
He said the two fugitives had already had a final and binding court ruling (inkrah) on the criminal case they committed. However, when it will be executed they both were not in place so the office set them in the DPO.
"The fugitive we are pursuing is one person related to corruption and another related to the embezzlement case," he told AntaranewsKalsel.
The investigation and pursuit is carrying out, he said, when Kejari is implementing Program Tabur (an acronym of tangkap buronan or catch fugitive).
"The Intel section only supports the investigation and identification on the ground, and if a fugitive is found, other section who will make the arrest is the field," said the man who familiar with the media crew.
