Banjarmasin, S Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - Head of the National Entrepreneurs Association of Oil and Gas (Hiswanamigas) for South Kalimantan H Saibani said from Tuesday (20/2) to Wednesday (21/2) the organization has sprayed gas supplies throughout the province.
Hiswanamigas, he said in Banjarmasin on Wednesday, has distributed LPG, especially the size of three kilograms canister, more than needed.
If the average supply of 3 kg LPG is around 300-350 metric tons per day, then on Tuesday (20/2) Hiswanamigas has added distribution to 360 metric tons, and on Wednesday (21/2) it distributes 370 metric tons.
"It is true that in the last few days before, the distribution of LPG, especially the 3 kg, was less than usual, only around 245 metric tons," said Saibani.
Reduced distribution, he added, due to bad weather. Small boats that usually transport LPG from various regions should not be sailing.
Now the condition has recovered. Some LPG carriers can sail and dock as usual, so the supply is returned to normal.
"Right now distribution is back to normal, and our supply is safe enough, so people do not have to worry anymore," he said.
Saibani urged that the current situation, not being used by the unresponsible parties for more profit, and people should not panic.
