PT PLN (Persero) Main Distribution Unit of South and Central Kalimantan (UID Kalselteng) has received a Gold award at the 2025 Indonesian SDGs Awards (ISDA).
PLN was awarded for its commitment to improving welfare and economic independence of rural communities through environmental social responsibility (TJSL) program in Ojolali Village, Banjarbaru City.
General Manager of PLN South and Central Kalimantan Iwan Soelistijono here on Monday said the award shows the positive impact of PLN's TJSL program, which is inseparably bound to support and collaboration of the local government and local community.

“Alhamdulillah (Praise be to Allah) PLN South and Central Kalimantan's CSR program receives national recognition. This certaintaly will boost our enthusiasm to continue our presence in the community through sustainable programs,” he said.
Chairman of Corporate Forum for CSR Development (CFCD) Thendri Supriatno said that the awarding is an effort to encourage the implementation of planned, impactful, and corporate social responsibility program that align with the national development agenda and SDGs targets.
“Indonesia CSR Award and Indonesia SDGs Award is not merely ceremonial event, it is CFCD's effort to encourage business to present CSR programs that are planned, impactful, and align with national development agenda and SDGs targets,” he said.

Indonesian SDGs Awards 2025, held at Bidakara Hotel, Jakarta, is CFCD event to recognize companies that consistently implementing TJSL programs that make a real contribution to the community.
PLN's PLN Jolali Empowered Village program received the award in the economic pillar category, which is align with SDGs 8.
This program is based on three main pillars: education, MSMEs development, and environmental management as an effor to encourage increased capacity and independence for village community.
