The Regent of Kotabaru, South Kalimantan Province, H Muhammad Rusli visited the Kotabaru Civil Service and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) as part of his effort to ensure maximumm services from the agency.
The Regent expects the BKPSDM to improve its professionalism in services, particularly regarding human resources.
The Regent was welcomed by Head of Kotabaru BKPSDM Anang Muhammad Zen and his staff.
His visit was intended to ensure the smooth running of service optimization and various programs of human resources development within the Kotabaru District Government.
Regent Muhammad Rusli had a direct dialogue with BKPSDM employees regarding improving service quality, accelerating digital transformation, and stengthening competency of civil servants in Kotabaru.
