Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - South Kalimantan's Prosecutor Office (Kejati) will summon all members of the South Kalimantan Legislative Council (DPRD) on alleged fictive duty travel for fiscal year 2015.


"In order this case to be resolved quickly with legal certainty, and in line with the request of various parties to immediately make light of this case, then all (legislators) we will summon for questioning," said Head of South Kalimantan Prosecutor Office dr H Abdul Muni in Banjarmasin on Monday.

He said, in addition to the representatives of the people, the Kejati will also schedule to summon executive.

"In this case, there was a difference of interpretation related to the position of DPRD members between the version of the Ministry of Home Affairs and the governor at that time. So all the parties necessary to be questioned, yes, we must summon all," he explained.

He said, according to the ministry the position of the legislative council is in the second echelon. While the version of the governor, the legislative members are the echelon one.

"This issue is being deepened in the BPKP's investigation audit. If there is an element against the law and there is a state loss, then the case will be immediately upgraded to the investigation by naming the suspect," said Abdul Muni.
