Public works head also examined by prosecutors

Related to the examination of a number of heads of agencies, Regent of Balangan H Ansharuddin said the problem of Rp6.814.680.600 budget which is considered to precede the 2016 budget (APBD) worth Rp1.000.200.000.000 was actually completed administratively.

"There is no real problem, with the proven of recommendation given by the Inspectorate of South Kalimantan regarding the budget that runs outside the Regional Government Work Plan (RKPD)," he explained.

This recommendation, continued H Ansaruddin, was to include the implementation of budget in RKPD. This was what have done. Even, he told AntaranewsKalsel, it was directly applied through the 2016 budget changes, and passed by local legislative council,

"However, all examinations are under the authority of the prosecutor, I am sure that there is no state loss related to the use of the budget in this administration. As though like there was a loss, but everything is resolved," he said.

Previously, South Kalimantan Prosecutor's Office has examined the head of Education Agency and DPRD's speaker related to the report of the society regarding the alleged misuse of funds of 2016 Budget.

"Both were questioned regarding alleged misuse of 2016 budget which was used by six working units with a value of Rp6 billion," said Chief Prosecutor Abdul Muni in Banjarmasin, Tuesday (2/5).

He made sure the prosecutor's efforts were still under investigation. If there is sufficient evidence, the process can be upgraded but if not it will be stopped.
