Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) is designing a more relevant and innovative student's talent program to encourage development of student potential in interest, talent, reasoning, and welfare.
"It is important to coordinate in designing student's talent program that is relevant and innovatiove in the future," said ULM Deputy Rector for Student and Alumni Affairs Muhammad Rusmin Nuryadin here on Tuesday.
When chairing coordination meeting for the program, Rusmin said that beginning of this year is an important step for ULM to design the leading program of student talent 2025.

By involving various work units, he hopes that ULM will be able to create an environment that supports holistic student development.
These programs are expected to make a positive contribution not only to students, but also to the university's reputation at national and international levels.
The Student' talent program was initiated by the National Achievement Center (Puspresnas) to provide opportunities for students from all over Indonesia to hone their talents, as well as a means to collaborate and work together.
Puspresnas encourages talent development for Indonesia's young generation in talent management grand design which has three main areas, research and innovation, sport, art and culture.
The government wants to realize this grand design to achieve a Golden Indonesia by 2045.
