Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan 13/3 (AntaranewsKalsel) - South Kalimantan government seeks to cut bureaucratic licensing and avoiding complicated handling.

Provincial government, said Regional Secretary Haris Makie, is currently inventorizing licenses handled by each agency to put together and managed by the Investment and Integrated One Stop Services Agency (PTSP).

"Governor Sahbirin Noor in a meeting to strengthen coordination in licensing services as a form of government took side to the people reminded all government unit organization (SOPD) to prevent to be complacative that could harm the public," he said in Banjarmasin on Monday.

The consolidation was in order to follow-up the Presidential Instruction No. 10/2016 on Prevention and Combating of Corruption in 2016 and 2017.

One way to prevent corruption and complicatedbureaucracy is by optimizing the implementation of the licensing and investment policy.

From as many as 90 licensing and non-licensing, not all delegated to PTSP . There are still 40 licensing managed by SOPD.

"Currently there are 90 types of licensing in the province and 40 of them are still in SOPD yet assigned to PTSP, so we need to accelerate this coordination," he said.

According to him, to pursue the assessment of the central government related to the inventory of this action must be completed by April 2017 so that South Kalimantan received B03 assessment.

"In order to get the best value B03, the inventory of licenses must be completed on April 5, 2017," he said.

Acting Head of PTSP Hanif Faisol Nurafiq said the delegation of licenses to PTSP is still constrained by the limited power staff to handles all licensing, beside distance problem.
