Siti Sofia Rahmi (30) optimistic that her newly started cake business will develop to even a wider market.

Her obsession that her Pia Donuts business will make much more profit is not with no reason.

With a variety of variants, Pia Donuts from Pembataan Urban Village, Tabalong District, South Kalimatan, was appointed 3rd place in Adaro Spectapreneur 5.0 this year and selected to be one of MSMEs assisted by the company

"Alhamdulilah not only getting prize money, Adaro will also provide coaching. Hoping my business can develop further," Sofia said here, Saturday.

The mother of two believe with Adaro spectapreneur program, MSMEs, including herself, will find new innovation in her business.

The prize money of IDR7 million she received used as capital in the hope she could produce more donuts.

"Initially I only have a small mixer, now I can buy a big one from prize money with the hope to produce more donuts," she told.

Sofia was previously only able to produce 10 to 15 boxes (each containing 6 donuts) at a price of IDR6,000 per piece in a day, for the reason of limited equipment and had not employees.

Now, she, who obsessed of getting training and partnership from Adaro for her business to expand, is trying with various type of bread that can be consumed by all consumers.

"The marketing target for all groups is of course with the support and assistance from Adaro and its partners," said Sofia.

The 2024 Adaro Spectapreneur event was contested 115 local MSMEs fostered by the regional government, assisted by Adaro and others to strengthen local economy through innovation and collaboration among them.
