Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - Acquisition of ex localization land in Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan, has completed after landowners agreed to release their assets with the price offered by the local government.


Chairman of Pembatuan Dalam land procurement team Said Abdullah in Banjarbaru on Thursday said just waiting for the payments.

"The land acquisition has reached 99 percent, because all owners agreed on the price offered, so just wait for payment to be immediately realized," he said.

The land area that is freed as many as 23 per cent owned by 18 family and will be built for sub-district office, police station and sub-district military command (koramil), according to plan.

According to Said, who served as Secretary of Banjarbaru , the price offered to landowners was humane, that why they agreed to give their assets.

The pricing, he said, was through the appraisal team's calculations and was calculated from the price of land, houses and buildings, crops belonging, to the price of solatium (sad money moving house).

"In addition to the price was humane, landowners also not be charged in BPHTB tax, exemption waiver fee of 1.5 percent, due to entirely borned by city government," he said.

He mentioned the agreed price varies between Rp550 thousand to Rp650 thousand per meter, not including the price of the building, and replacement of plants.

Payment is started in December 2016 and resumed in January 2017 for the gradual payment process through the 2016 revised local budget and 2017 pure local budget.
