PT Arutmin Indonesia Kotabaru has distributed thousands of Ramadan 1445 Hijriah basic food packages to communities in its operational area in Senakin and four villages in Pulau Laut Sigam Sub-district, Kotabaru, South Kalimantan.
"Hopefully what we provide can ease the burden on those in need ahead of Eid al-Fitr 1445 Hijriah," said Zulkarnain Azwar representating manager of PT Arutmin Indonesia North Pulau Laut Terminal (NPLCT) and Senakin, in Kotabaru, Tuesday.

"This year we distribute around 2,000 basic food packages to communities around the company both in Senakin and NPLCT," he said.
Head of Pulau Laut Sigam Sub-district Pia Widya Laksmi welcomed PT Arutmin's assistance with basic food packages to people in need ahead of Eid.
"Alhamdulillah (Thank God), this year there is more aid distribution than last year, hopefully next year there will be more again," said Pia.
She said Ramadan packages which are handed over directly to the community were the form of PT Arutmin's existance which has made many contributions to the local people, both through CSR and other programs.
Pia hopes that the company to continue to distribute aid with superior program to communities in ring one and CSR program can be further improved.
