Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - Head of Governance of Banjarmasin Administration Iwan Ristianto reveal land acquisition along Taluk Kelayan for continuation of Martapura River embankment (locally known as siring) construction not enough with appropriate allocation of Rp15 billion this year.
"This year we allocated Rp15 billion for land acquisition in the Taluk kelayan, but an independent land price assessment team for municipal government said that is not enough," he said on Thursday.
This is because the number of parcels or building residents to be freed in the region increases, from previously only 117 to 180's. "The increase is because there are plans to build rented flats (rumah susun) there, so all land also to be freed," said Iwan.
Then it is estimated, he said, the need for land acquisition in Taluk Kelayan reached Rp20 billion, means it should be done gradually.
"This year most of the effort can be implemented, following the next year what left," he said.
According to him, there are two priority of land acquisition made this year, in addition to the construction of siring Taluk Kelayan, also land for the construction of Banjar Indah bridge.
"The acquisition of land for this bridge budget reached Rp7 billion. There are 12 building residents would be evicted," he said.
According to Iwan, the government has to be doing many land acquisition for the smooth development of the city, especially for the construction of bridges and Martapura River siring.
As planned, he said, next year the municipal government has planned land acquisition in the area of ​​Sungai Jingah and Sungai Bilu, two opposing areas of the river for the construction of 8th bridge on the Martapura River.
"In addition is the big plan of land acquisition for the construction of a second flyover that would stretch from Jalan Antasari, exactly from front of Pasar Sentra Antasari to Jalan Samudera, next to the Cempaka Market Banjarmasin," he said.
