Amuntai, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) -The North Hulu Sungai income revenue is predicted to be declined by Rp430,4 billions in its 2017 budget.


"Our local revenue this year is targeted to Rp1,225 trillion, while 2017 revenue is projected to be lower to Rp825,2 billions. The meaning is our revenue will be declined by Rp430,4 billions or 34,28 percent," said Head of HSU Board of Financial and Regional Asset (BKAD) suyudi in the District Development Planning Forum (Musrenbang) in Amuntai, Tuesday.

The decline of revenue in its 2017 budget is caused by unknown of Special Allocation Fund (DAK) to be received by HSU, including grants, fund of adjustment, and specific autonomy.

"The income projection in 2017 also has not yet included sertification fund, teachers parable and village fund," said Suyudi.

But in 2016 budget, he said, the local government make a higher target than in 2015, although income target last year has net been attained.

The target Rp1,119 trillions in 2015 eventually has been realized by Rp1,107 trillions, but at the same time the local government has made an efficiency in its budget as much as Rp157,4 bilions.

Suyudi said it is one of the reason that the district government dare to put the target higher in 2016.

Head of the HSU Revenue Agency (Dispenda) Galuh Bungsu Sumarni explained the 2015 income target has not been fulfilled after natural resources production sharing target with Balangan which was only 61,36 percent failed to meet.
