Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - Two warden female thwart the influx of thousands of Dextro pills (commonly known as the pil koplo) into Amuntai Prison, North Hulu Sungai.


"The officers were checking a woman who wanted to see her husband. After being searched thousands of pil koplo found," said the Head of Amuntai Prison H Muhammad Arsyad in Amuntai, Tuesday.

The chronologicy of thwart the entry of illegal drugs began when LH (29) visiting her husband, Masyudi, who tripped over drug case on Saturday (12/3). LH put things in the visitor's locker and locked it.

LH then went inside to be checked by officers Siti Fatimah. After that, she returned to the locker with reasons to take nipple for her baby's milk.

Once in the locker, she instead took a package contained forbidden things.

However, she did not realize that her behavior was observed by woman block officer, Delimawati. Because of suspicious, she was re-searched by Siti Fatimah and Delimawati.

From re-search, two female guards found that the package contains thousands of G-class drugs.

Amuntai Prison head appreciated the two female wardens that because of foresight they could foiled thousands of illicit drugs get into prisons.

"Over the findings we immediately hand over the perpetrator and the evidence to North Hulu Sungai drug police," said Arsyad.
