South Kalimantan export in January 2022 which was reached US$446,28 million has fallen by 48.76 percent compared to export in December 2021 and fell by 17.44 percent compared to January 2021.
Head of South Kalimantan BPS Yos Rusdiansyah through official statistical news compiled by Antara in Banjarbaru Thursday said the fall was due to decline in mineral fuel export.
"The decline of mineral fuel export by 52,42 percent had significantly effect, because of the large value," he said.

South Kalimantan's export In January was recorded a value of US$446,28 million, whereas in December 2021 the value had reached US$870,99 million.
The largest export by category of goods based on the 2-digit Harmonized System (HS) code was contributed by mineral fuel of US$335,02 million.
The second was group of animal/vegetable fats and oils (HS 15) by US$39,96 million, also significantly decline by 58.04 percent compared to December 2021 of US$95,23 million.
The third was the group of wood and wood products (HS 44) by US$31,53 million down 34.90 percent compared to US$48,44 million in December 2021.
The fourth and fifth largest categories of good were the various chemical products (HS 38) worth US15,65 million increased by 309.21 percent and the group of rubber and rubber goods worth US$13,68 million.
Accordng to market share, the largest export in January 2022 was to China with a value of US$120,62 million, which was down by 72.26 percent compared to December 2021.
