A total 16 offices provide 117 services for the public in one building of the South Hulu Sungai's (HSS) Public Service Mall which was officiated by Regent H Achmad Fikry and Chairwoman of HSS's PKK Hj. Isnaniah Achmad Fikry.
The mall will provides an easy and quick access to licensing services without dealing with complicated bureaucracy, including for investors and people to do their business.
"We asked that public services should not be complicated by having to go from one to another offices, which can take along time and create uncertainty," said the regent, Monday (January 17, 2022).
He expounded that Public Service Mall (MPP) which take place at the second flood of the Los Batu Kandangan Market hosts 16 offices and provide 117 services. He was grateful that his government was able to refunction the building which has long been neglected, and children used it as their playground.
He hopes that the concept of a government that serve can be more widely felt by the people. No need to go here and there, just come to MPP, you can do it.
The presence of MPP in the community can encourage economic strength, which grows from the community. "This of course should be supported by the commitment of HSS District Government to provide the best service to the community," he said.
The 16 offices in MPP include the Office of Religious Affairs Ministry, Religious Court, Land Office, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (workers Social Security Agency), BPJS Kesehatan, PLN, PDAM, BPKPD, Samsat, HSS Police, KP2P, the Agency of Manpower, Cooperative, SMEs, and Industry.
Also, the Population and Civil Registration Office, Trade Agency, Investment and One Stop Service (DPMPTSP), and OSS services.
Here we also can find food court, Kedai Kopi Kahvien, lactation room, consultation and complaints service, as well as reading corner for children, which can be used while waiting for handling permits.
Also attending the inauguration were Deputy Regent Syamsuri Arsyad, Regioal Secretary H. Muhammad Noor, HSS Police Chief AKBP Sugeng Prianto, Commander of 1003/HSS Military Command Lt. Col. Inf. Nurliwedie Nurdin Kanan, Head of Prosecutor's Office Agus Rujito, elements of Forkopimda, heads of OPD and vertical agencies, as well asBUMN and BUMD in HSS.
