Head of the Kotabaru Health Agency Suprapti Tri Astuti said that as many as 2,937 COVID positive patients have recovered or 95.2 percent of the total case in the district.
"We have a total of 3,082 COVID positive cases," she noted in a press statement here, Friday (October 29, 2021).
She also informed that currently only four patients were being treated, and three people were undergoing self-isolation.
Kotabaru has recorded 141 people died because of the coronavirus disease.

Meanwhile, the Kotabaru DPRD (Council Assembly) Speaker Sairi Mukhlis urged the private sector or companies to take part in the program to reach 50 percent of the population to be vaccinated.
Today Kotabaru has returned to the Public Activity Restriction (PPKM) status of level 3 with 43 percent of vaccination it has reached.
"Hopefully in the next one month by accelerating vaccination we will meet over 50 percent," he said.
