Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan (Antaranews Kalsel) - Criminal Investigation Unit of South Banjarmasin Police together with Banjarmasin City's Criminal Investigation Unit arrested a sadistic killer who stabbed his victim with 16 injuries at Jalan Gubernur Soebarjo, Lingkar Selatan.
"This single perpetrator killed his victim with a dagger," said Banjarmasin Chief Police Commissioner Drs Wahyono MH here on Saturday.
The perpetrator initials HH (21), a resident of Jalan Jafri Zamzam, West Banjarmasin. The victim, Budi Laksono (51), a night watchman of truck warehouse PT Arisindo Transport RT 20 Lingkar Selatan, Village South Basirih.
The perpetrator was arrested at his brother's house at Jalan Teluk Dalam, Friday (12/6) night and did not fight.
At first, he just wanted to steal the goods in the warehouse, but carrying a dagger. When opening the barn door, the perpetrator confronted with the warehouse keeper. He immediately drew his dagger and stabbed many times.
Before blur carrying goods he stole, including three mobile phones and motorbikes belonging to the victim, the perpetrator throw bloodied victims into the trash. His body was found Tuesday (2/6).
Victim's mobile disabled. After several days, the phone back on, so that the perpetrators could be tracked and later caught.
"Initially, the actor do not confess, but after our in-depth interrogation by the victim's two mobile phones in his hand finally he confessed," said Commissioner Wahyono.
He named as a suspect and charged under article 365 jo 338 of the Criminal Code on Theft with Violence and Murder with a penalty of 15 years in prison.
