Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan (Antaranews) - The city government of  Banjarmasin offers a two hectares green open spaces of Kamboja at the Jalan H Anang Adenansi to investors to be developed as a center of business.


"City Government planned to conduct the RTH (green open spaces) Kamboja auction to investors in January 2015," said Head of the Banjarmasin Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) Fajar Desira CES on Monday.

He said, some investors expressed interest in working on the land to be modern shopping malls or a hospital. "I know there were three investors, and even foreign investors. For a while we used to conceal the identity of the investors," he said.

RTH Kamboja with a total area of ​​4.2 hectares, has an area of ​​2.2 hectares was built as a park. The rest is yet to be built that is planned as a business center and is now in a Spatial Local Regulation of Banjarmasin.

Utilization of remaining land to be offered to investors, due to lack of budget to be used as a long-term investment for local revenue (PAD).

"What is certain is that the initial advantage for the municipal government, if there are investors who dare to work the land of the green space, he automatically charged to maintain and protect green space land. City Government does not need to spend money again," he said.

In addition, land contracts awarded around 25-30 years for utilization. When you have finished all of them belong to the municipal government. "The rest is the contribution to the municipal government tax revenues from existing businesses out there later," he explained.
