Head of South Hulu Sungai (HSS) Health Office doctor Siti Zainab reported on Sunday afternoon nine new COVID-19 cases, the most from Kandangan Sub-district with eight cases and one from Daha Utara.

"The total confirmed positive cases today is 186, 133 people are in treatment, recovery increases by one a woman (52) patient from Baruh Kambang Village, Daha Utara, to bring the total to 42, and the number of death 11," said the spokesperson of COVID-19 Task Force.

Details of the new cases, a female (29) from Teluk Haur Village, Daha Utara, a male (16) from Gambar Luar Muka, Kandangan, a male (53) from Kandangan Kota, Kandangan.

A female (27) from Kandangan Kota, a female (23) from Kandangan Kota, a male (29) from Kandangan Kota.

Then, a female (53) from Baluti Village, Kandangan, who died on July 6, 2020, a 23 days baby from Amawang Kiri Village, Kandangan, and a male (72) from Jambu Hilir Village, Kandangan.

"The number of Patient Under surveillance(PDP) reduces to nine, the number of People Under Monitoring (ODP) 406, 356 of them had completed, and the rest 46 in process of monitoring," she said.
