The South Kalimantan chapter of the State Logistics Agency (Bulog) at this time has a stock of rice of about 15.270 tons estimated to be sufficient for the need until after Eid or lebaran.


"The existing stock of rice consist of Government Rice Reserve (GBB) of 14.770 tons, and commercial rice of 500,9 tons," head of the agency Arif Mando said on Tuesday (April 14, 2020).

The GBB stock are spread in a number of warehouses in the province, namely in Telaga Biru, Landasan Ulin, and Mandastana as many as 11.078 tons. 

Then in the area of the Barabai branch office scattered in Binderang, Andang and Birik warehouses 2.702 tons. While at the area of Kotabaru sub-branch office were at Semayap and Sarigadung warehouse 989,3 ton.

While commercial rice stock in Telaga Biru, Landasan Ulin, and Mandastana 457,9 tons, Kotabaru in Semayap and Sarigadung 42,9 tons.

In addition, South Kalimantan Bulog has a stock of cooking oil as much as 27.738 liter, wheat flour 16.900 kilograms, and 8.199 kilograms of beef.
