Not all roads are the responsibility or authority of Banjarmasin City Government. Some are of the authority of the Provincial Government or Balai Jalan.

For example, if there is puddle water on Jalan S Parman, drainage will be constructed by Balai Jalan of the Ministry of Public Works. This is done in the accelerated development of the city and its implementation in coordination with the City Government of Banjarmasin, he said.
