Regent of South Hulu Sungai (HSS) H Achmad Fikry handed over prize of the 1st champion of Healthy School Competition (LSS) for elementary school (SD and MI) to SD Bajayau Lestari PT Subur Agro Makmur (SAM).
 
"By winning this award, SD Bajayau Lestari PT SAM will again represent HSS in the provincial competition of LSS," Headmaster of SD Bajayau Lestari Dedy Romanda said in Bajayau, Monday (Jan 20, 2020). He was accompanied by Guiding Teacher Aksan.

In addition to winning the first champ of the district LSS, the school received award from the HSS Regent for its contribution and support to the Daha Barat Sub-district. It was received by PT SAM CDO Sujito represented Administrator Junet Budiarto.

The award for PT SAM was especially for the participation of the rubber company in supporting the 2019 Jukung Sudur (traditional boat) Race as an effort to preserve the wisdom of the local culture.
