Tabalong District Police together with 12 precincts police  planted fruit trees at the Haruai Precinct Police headquarters as to support South Kalimantan's Green Revolution Movement.


The planting on about 2.440 square meter land was led by Tabalong Police Chief Adj Sr Comr (AKBP) M Muchdori who was accompanied by Chairwoman of Bhayangkari Yuni Muchdori, Friday (Jan 3, 2020).

"The land that we plant is a grant from PT Astra Agro Lestari I," Muhdori explained.

The granted land is planned for building a house for Bhabinkamtibnas (the police's security and public order officer) to work in this area.

Muchdori remarked the planting of 60 fruit seedlings is to support greening program, so it can benefit many people.

"I hope this plants to be cared properly, so all our children can enjoy the results," Muchdori said.

Tabalong Deputy Police Chief Comr (Kompol) Iwan Wahyu Purnomo, Haruai Precinct Police Chief Sec.Inp. Sutargo, Sub-district Leaders Coordination Forum of Haruai, chiefs villages, community leaders, and representatives of PT Astra Agro Lestari I also attended the event.
