The Regent Sayed Jafar Alaydrus asked service hours in a number of gas station (SPBU) to add until night to facilitate transport operation for guest or kafilah from all districts and cities who participated in the 32nd National Quran Recitation Competition (MTQ) 2019 at the South Kalimantan Provincial level in Kotabaru.

The regent's appeal have been responded positively. It proved since the grand opening of the MTQ, Sunday (Nov 3, 2019), a number of SPBU in Pulau Laut Utara open until night.

The H Abdul Syukur SPBU Supervisor in the Stagen village, Suharno, said, based on a notification from the management of the Kotabaru Pertamina Depot the gas station were ordered to carry out additional services at night from 19.00 to 22.00.

"Insya Allah (God Willing) all type of fuel, such as gasoline, diesel, pertalite, and pertamax always availabe," he said.

The supervisor of SPBU M Akmal in Sungai Taib Village, Syahnur said he also received the same order, "We receive the order via WhatsApp  to add sale service hours till night. It will last until November 9 then the service back to normal hours," he said.

Meanwhile, supervisor of SPBU PT Keluarga Hilir Muara in Baharu Utara area Fadjrin said the SPBU very supportive in Islamic activities, such as the 32nd National MTQ for the level of south Kalimantan Province, especially related to Pertamina instruction and cicular from the Kotabaru Secretary to add service hours till night.

The SPBU, he added, obtained additional quota by 100 tons of bio-diesel, 40 tons gasoline until the completion of MTQ activities on November 9.
