The Regent of Barito Kuala (Batola) Hj Noormiliyani AS was bestowed with a placard by the Ministry of Finance's Directorate General of Treasury for the district winning the best grade, unqualified opinion (WTP), over its financial report in four years consicutively.
The South Kalimantan Governor H Sahbirin Noor handed over the placard at the 2019 Coordination Meeting of All South Kalimantan Regional Heads at the Hall of KH Idham Chalid, Governor's Office in Banjarbaru, Thusday (Oct 10, 2019).
The same honor delivered by the governor to 12 regents and mayors across South Kalimantan.
In addition to the placard for WTP achievement, the governor handed over appreciation for the districts or cities performance in the handling of stunting in various categories, namely the most inspiring, replicating, and innovative.

The event was also attended by Expert Staff of Women Empowerment and child Protection Ministry and the Interior Ministry's Director of Regional Head and DPRD Facility as sourceperson, DPRD Speaker H Supian AK, Head of South Kalimantan Office (Kakanwil) Directorate General of Treasury Usdek Rahyono, Chairwoman of PKK Raudatul Jannah Sahbirin, Regional Leaders Coordinating Forum, heads of goverment agencies, and others.

The coordination meeting was held to build synergy among regional heads in the field of education, health, social, women empowerment and child protection, and the improvement of family welfare in the effort to improve the quality of life of people toward the independent and formost South Kalimantan.

The coordination meeting also discussed the preparation to hold a simultaneous regional head election on September 23 in the level of provincial and seven districts and cities in 2020.
