South Kalimantan Police Dismiss Wild Racing

Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan, 11/7 (Antaranews) - Directorate Sabhara (Ditsabhara) South Kalimantan Regional Police (Polda)  dispersed wild racing action in the area of Jalan Ahmad Yani Km 5 Banjarmasin.

Antara observed, Wednesday (11/7) evening, at around 23:30 pm, police using bike riders chasing the wild street racing.  Many of them scattered and rush the vehicle at high speed to save themselves from the police catch.

Seen on that night, police caught one of wild riders, before the chase occurred. Due to lose rapid, relapse driver eventually was caught by officers.

A lot of looks shootout chase with the police, but in the action some were caught and others escape from the pursuit.

Polda officers confiscated about five motorcycles, due to race in the wrong place and disturbing the public and other motorists. In addition they did not include the completion and equipment of motor vehicles while driving on the highway. 

Raid conducted by the police that ended about an hour and netted the vehicles immediately taken to Ditsabahara for safekeeping and possible sanctions.
