The Kotabaru DPRD supports the TNI Integrated Village Development (TMMD) program for equal and acceleration of development, especially in rural areas.


"We positively welcome the TMMD program in Kotabaru Regency, because it is part of equitable development in the countryside," said Kotabaru DPRD speaker Hj Alfisah.

The 105th TMMD program by the ranks of the TNI, especially the 1004 Kotabaru Military Command (Kodim), was considered to have a positive impact on the community, especially in the acceleration of development in the district. As well as being a momentum to strengthen the unity of the TNI and the people.

Since its opening on July 11, the 105th TMMD program in 2019, which is now held in Subur Makmur Village, Pulau Laut Barat, has succeeded in working on 1.7 Km of road construction.

The 4 meter wide road that connecting Subur Makmur Village with Sumber Sari Village currently have reached 55 percent.

Other work to repair residents' houses from unfit conditions became very feasible with 'home surgery'. Among them belonged to Saringat, Sudirman, Sanawi and Suardi, up to now achieved more than 50 percent.

Also the renovation of the Nurul Hikmah Mushola place of worship, the making of public facilities in the form of a toilet with a size of 2x9 meters, and non-physical activity in the form of mutual cooperation with citizens and police and civil servants (ASN) in the Kotabaru District Government.
